Dubai Marina is the city's most established waterfront district — fifty-plus residential towers arranged around a three-kilometre man-made marina, with the promenade, tram and metro stitching it together at street level.
It remains the default address for professionals who want to walk to dinner: the Marina Walk, JBR beach and two metro stations are all on foot. Older Emaar towers offer the largest layouts; newer buildings like Marina Gate trade on views and amenities.
For investors, the Marina is Dubai's most liquid apartment market. Units price transparently, rent quickly, and resell without drama.
